Direct marketing and professional selling


The LUBIN TAP committee in November 2016 recommended that I be promoted to "Clinical Full Professor" of Marketing . The Dean accepted the recommendation. More than 150 of my graduate and undergraduate students since 2002, have won competitive international awards for excellence in Interactive Integrated Direct Marketing Strategy Planning. In 2012, I was awarded the Silver Apple by the Direct Marketing Club of New York for 25 years of leadership in teaching and service to the direct marketing industry. In 2005 I won the Marketers Gateway Award for Outstanding Service to Direct and Interactive Marketing Education presented. Since 2002, I have been an annual winner of the DMEF-Marketing Edge Collegiate ECHO leadership award. I earned a Master of Science Degree (with distinction) in Direct and Interactive Marketing from New York University in 1999. I held executive positions since 1968 with JCPenney, CBS Inc., Broadcast Marketing and HBM Associates. I am a specialist in profit improvement, marketing and media planning, financial and administrative processes as well as sales and management training. I have been a full time Lubin faculty member since 2007.
